Richupon Industrial (Shenzhen) Company Ltd. is a professional cable manufacturer invested by Richupon Industrial (H K)Company Ltd. set up in year 2001 with 5000 square meters workshop 3 floors. One shift of 400 workers for 8 hours per day. In year 2020 we reached 100 million in sale revenue. We have Mfi ISO9001 ISO14001 and UL. Our products can pass UL CP65 Rohs CE FCC REACH.
Quality Control
We are a professional cable manufacturer with ISO9001 iso1401 iatf16949 certification. Our production strictly meets the requirements of these standards. Our customers as Toshiba regularly review our factories. We support customers to conduct video audits. We have established a product reliability laboratory to regularly carry out cable bending test, cable temperature impact test, cable connector pull-in test, salt spray test and other tests.
Production Management
All workers must accept strict training before they start to work. Every product must have a Stankard Operation Instruction. Each material must inspect before put into production. The key process will be inspected during production. When the product finished a final finished product inspection according to the SQL standard must be inspected. A Reliability Test will do in every production lot.
Reliability Test
Reliability Test is to check if our products confirm with the cable standards. We set up cable reliability test lab. We can do the cable reliability test of Cable Temperature Shock Test，Cable Flexible Test，Cable Connector Pull Insert Teat，Cable Salt Spray Test，Cable Water Free Test etc. We are doing these tests regularly according to the customer's requirement or follow with our quality system required.
Production Machines
Richupon good furcility ensured our customer's timely delivery. We have two buildings with three floors of more than 5000 square meters workshop where 400 workers in 25 production lines working 8 hours at one shift. We have 80 injection machines，12 automatical soldering machines，45 quality checking equipments，8 cable reliability test machines，10 connector auto crimping machines etc.

Social responsibility is every enterprise responsibility so does Richupon. We have passed the Apple Social Responsibility audited by SGS. Richupon volunteers do something for the communities. We also construct the workers enterprise culture by regular team building. To set up enterprise fund to help the workers families who needs help. To award the workers children. To award the workers after work study.
