Function:

Our cable could use for charging the device, sync data from 2 different devices, connect video signal from output devices to the input devices, and connect the device for transfer data purposes.

Connector:

Connector always responsible for an important part of the cable. It not only needs to make sure it has a durable lifetime to plug more than 10 thousand times. But also need to connect the wire to the device. We could use tinplate to reinforce the part that connects the wire and connector.

Product Specification

Material: 

We have PVC, TPE, Nylon, Fishnet, and Metal Spring for our cable jacket. Aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, and plastic molding for the shell. Furthermore, we could satisfy any other request about material from you. For the shells, we have three materials to make our shells. One is an aluminum alloy, one is zinc alloy, and another one is plastic molding. If you have any other requests about the shell, we will develop new material to satisfy your needs.

Chips: 

We are MFi certified company, so we are using Apple authorized supplier’s chips to make our lightning cable. We could guarantee we will not use any fake chip on our cable.

Welding: 

Welding technology is one of our significant advantages. We could use tinplate on welding to make sure the connector and wire are welding properly. Could afford at least 10 thousand times mating cycles. Also, make sure there do not have any short between each wire. We can use different version’s tinplate according to the different design.

Fast charge: 

C94 is a new generation chip from Apple. It allowed Apple devices to use fast charge to get power, up to 87W, 20.2V, 4.3A. For the iPhone devices, up to 18W, 9V, 2A.

Tooling: 

We have a very high standard to select our tooling supplier. We will make sure our products not only have a high production efficiency but also satisfy our customer’s tolerance.

Color: 

For the color, we support customized color design on cable jacket, and logo on the shell.

Length: 

We have a thread cutting machine to make sure we can cut any size of cable to satisfy our customers’ needs.

Reliability test: 

Our quality check group is also responsible for make sure our product will pass the reliability test. Our basic reliability test is 10000 times mating cycles test, 10KG plug force test, Swing test, and Salt Spray Test. Our reliability test standard could adjust according to the customer request. Also, we can add more test if the customer needs.

MFi: 

Not every product with a lightning terminal could label MFi products. You have to get a PPID first. PPID need qualified MFi company to apply for their customer. Also, the MFi product needs to use Apple’s authorized manufacturer’s chip. It will improve the cost significantly.
